EHS supervisor 环境/健康/安全主管(宝山)
Summary
领导和管理整个工厂的EHS系统:
确保所有工厂活动符合国家和地方法律法规。
支持工厂经理在工厂内实施SMS。
•确定我们的位置，制定计划，提高工厂的安全意识。
运用各种管理工具管理和分析安全状况。
•根据行动计划消除工厂内的风险和危害，达到零危害的目标。
支持工厂经理与当地政府沟通改善EHS。
Responsibilities
•安全和环境:
•个人承诺-以身作则，将安全观念转变为安全政策。
•通过可视领导(VFL)和安全标准的实施，加强工厂内的安全导向。
分析事故/事故报告，防止再次发生。
遵守安全政策，制定并实施工厂内与安全、环境和健康相关的优先计划，以改善安全观念和行为。
•支持各部门使用现场通道和闭路电视发现隐患和风险，并采取相关措施加以改进。
与工厂经理一同分析安全事件，找出根本原因，支持工厂经理采取措施。
及时向工厂经理汇报安全状况并进行分析。
•在工厂的活动中，零危害和不违反规定。
•策划工厂安全活动，营造安全第一的氛围。
制定工厂安全培训计划，不断提高员工的安全意识。
•对不安全和违规行为实行纪律。
检查和审查工厂活动，以满足国家和地方法规。
与政府沟通工厂内的HES情况。
与BU安全经理沟通工厂改进措施。
•人员发展:
通过各种活动，引导和推动员工以承诺安全第一的心态。
•制定计划来提高人们在安全和环境保护方面的技能。
Requirements
大型制造型企业安全管理经验
Required Qualifications
- 注册安全工程师
- 大学英语4级及以上
- MS office技能
