Maintenance Manager维修经理（芜湖）
岗位职责
1.负责生产设备的管理工作，及生产所需的基础设施的保养与管理工作；
2.制定和审核设备的年、季、月维护保养计划及保养规范和操作规程；
3.组织新购设备的验收、安装、调试工作；
4.监督维修人员定期对设备进行预防性维护保养；
5.定期检查设备的点检，并对设备完好率、故障率和使用率进行统计和分析；
6.负责安排对重大异常设备进行维修或抢修，确保车间生产的正常进行；
7.制定重大技改项目方案，并指挥团队共同协作。
任职资格
1.机械制造或机电一体化等相关专业，本科以上学历；
2.大型制造型企业10年以上维修经验，5年以上管理经验；
3.对机电设备维修和保养方面知识丰富，特别是机械方面尤为精通，会使用CAD制图；
4.能够运用现代化管理工具提高维修效率，降低停机率；
5.有外企工作经验者可优先考虑或英语可作为工作语言。
6.团队协作意识强，能吃苦耐劳，具有良好的交流沟通能力，具有强烈的责任心，自驱工作。
