岗位职责：

1、对技术支持及商务技术支持进行日常工作的管理，制定周计划、月计划；进行团队月、季度及年工作总结,并及时跟踪技术支持的工作成效；

2、分析技术支持和商务技术支持的培训需求，提供相关技能和知识的培训，分为内训与外训；

3、向销售团队及客户提供下列技术服务内容：

- CAD节点图绘制；

- 项目建议书、说明书及方案设计；

- 特殊系统样品设计；

- 技术研讨会；

- 接听技术服务热线并提出系统选择建议及设计建议；

4、与销售人员拜访设计师和工程，向客户提供系统解决方案及技术建议；

5、拜访设计院，与设计师建立合作关系以扩大可耐福在设计界的影响，组织设计院研讨会，协助设计师进行方案和CAD节点设计，达成设计图纸的技术指定；

6、上级交付的其他工作。

资历要求：

1、本科以上学历，土木工程专业或其相关建筑学专业毕业;

2、至少五年以上建筑行业工作经验，具有设计工作经验者优先;

3、良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神；

4、熟悉行业相关技术及产品，熟悉方案的全过程管理及制作方法，富于创新思维；

5、熟练操作CAD、Photoshop、PowerPoint、Excel、Word等办公软件；
