Sales Engineer/ 销售工程师（广州）
职位描述：
1、协助经销商组建、培养并管理分销团队；2、进行经销商、分销市场二级客户的合理规划，布局、布点；
3、 收集分销市场二级客户信息，寻求新的市场、发展核心二级零售客户；
4、定期拜访二级客户，建立并保持良好的客户关系；
5、有效执行公司策略及分销市场促销活动；
6、与其他部门联络，及时处理客户的投诉，确保问题有效解决；
7、建立核心零售商体系，进行核心零售商店面升级及维护。
录用条件：
1、 大专以上学历，专业不限；
2、 至少两年以上建筑行业或建材销售经验，有分销销售经验优先；
3、具有良好的沟通能力与谈判技能；
4、 工作态度认真，能承受一定的压力，具备良好的团队合作精神；
5、熟悉操作PPT、EXCEL、WORD等办公软件。
