- Work closely with experienced leaders

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Involve in the product lifecycle, from development to market launch and post-launch analysis.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze data to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Who are we looking for?
- Graduate or young talent with 0 – 3 years of work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or high in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, International business, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields.
- Proficient in English, in addition to local language.
- Drive to succeed - strong intellectual abilities & learning agility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for innovation and sustainability.
