From Day 1 being a Management Trainee of Knauf LEAP program, I have experienced different areas of the local and regional business I have never worked in before, which has made me step out of my comfort zone. As a young professional, I feel very privileged to have been offered these amazing opportunities so early in my career, especially the direct access to Knauf APAC leaders whose perspectives and insights do help me tailor my future career path. Even though I have just worked at Knauf for a couple of months, Knauf already makes me feel like home with the inclusion and support of my colleagues and LEAP cohort. I love how Knauf always acts and invests in the future generations. This truly inspires me to preserve, develop the honed values and create more real impacts.

My career with USG began over 33 years ago in the Accounting team. I have since held various roles in finance and accounting, Supply Chain and now Customer Service. Today, I’m the Vice-President of Customer Service. I enjoy relating the problems we are solving today to where and how our products are made. And, I love our people! It is common to work with people who have decades of experience with USG. I’m one of them, and I believe it’s because USG is a place people feel respected, valued, and supported.
